In response to escalating natural hazards, the
Oman IBFWS Workshop addresses the critical need for impactful forecasting and
warning systems. Focusing on enhancing NMHSs' capacity, the workshop aims to
integrate IBFWS into standard procedures and foster collaboration with
stakeholders, promoting informed decision-making. By envisioning the potential
impacts of severe weather events, IBFWS equips decision-makers with timely,
